Chapman Associates, Inc (www.nchapman.com) in downtown Washington, DC seeks a motivated, well-organized, and customer-service-oriented individual to join a small office focusing on food policy and health communication. The responsibilities for this full-time, salaried position include media monitoring, reviewing periodicals, managing regular communications with clients, tracking legislation, attending events related to health and nutrition, maintaining and updating website, responding to consumer inquiries, and fulfilling administrative activities such as ordering office supplies, planning meetings, and managing travel arrangements. Experience with website updates and management, and Microsoft Office preferred. Excellent written communication skills, professional manner and appearance are required. Compensation commensurate with experience. Bachelor’s degree from accredited college/university and office work experience required.
