Since 1997, Nancy Chapman has been the Executive Director of the Soyfoods Association of North America, and N. Chapman Associates, Inc. has managed the association. N. Chapman Associates, Inc. brings expertise in nutrition, marketing, and food policy to the Association. Under the management of N. Chapman Associates, Inc., SANA has grown from 20 to 50 members. In addition, the organization is developing a strategic plan that would permit a quick response to crisis, take advantage of marketing opportunities, and provide training and education in regulatory issues to members.
