  • Serve as experts and bring credible science to debates on: food labeling, biotechnology, food safety, trade, nutrition programs, children’s health, aging concerns, physical fitness, research, and disease prevention
  • Analyze research and advise on health claim or other labeling options
  • Track food industry and consumer trends 
  • Prepare technical reports, position papers, and articles on research, product markets, and public policies
